You can place an order directly through our online store at vyvelab.eu. Add the selected products to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your delivery and billing details, choose a payment method, and submit your order.

No — orders can only be placed through our online shopping cart on the website.

Yes — after your order is successfully sent, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. 

You can find invoice in shipping confirmation e-mail.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link.

You can also track your order directly on our website via the Order Tracking page by entering your order number and email address.

If you have any issues with tracking or haven’t received your tracking details, feel free to contact us at info@vyvelab.eu — we’re happy to help.

If you need to make a change to your order (such as updating the delivery address, changing a size, or canceling an item), please contact us as soon as possible at info@vyvelab.eu and include your order number.

We can make changes only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible. In that case, you can return the item after delivery according to our return policy.

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • EU deliveries: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Yes — you can return an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@vyvelab.eu and include your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to our return policy.
